Cash Converters Career Opportunities
Creates a friendly professional environment; manages store operations including portfolio growth and profit maximization through local store marketing, loan growth and default management; optimizing sales through merchandising and service; and managing labour hours. Is responsible for hiring, scheduling, and developing store Team Members including On- the-Job-Training and adherence to industry regulations and Company policy in order to comply and prevent losses or damage to Company and customer assets. Reports to the District Manager.
Customer Service/Sales Representative
In a friendly professional environment, the Customer Service/Sales Representative (CSR) provides outstanding Customer Service/Sales while buying and selling merchandise; and providing loan products to customers. The CSR works with supervision but may also work independently; follows business standards for accurately qualifying and documenting loans; conducting collection calls and merchandising; adheres to industry regulations and Company policy in order to comply and to prevent losses or damage to Company and customer assets.
As the Company Leader for the assigned geographic area, promotes a friendly professional environment in 7 to 15 assigned stores; works with the store management to ensure outstanding Customer Service/Sales is provided while buying, selling, and loaning activities are conducted. Leads, directs, plans, develops and implements business operations for the geographic area with full profit and loss responsibility to ensure maximization of profits and adherence to all regulatory and policy compliance programs. Reports to the Regional Director of Operations.
In a friendly professional environment, the Collector provides outstanding Customer Service/Sales while taking inbound Customer Service/Sales calls and making outbound collections calls. The Collector works to achieve Company collections objectives following business standards for accurately qualifying and documenting payment plans; adheres to industry regulations and Company policy in order to comply and to prevent losses or damage to Company and customer assets.
